EazzCard is a digital business card builder developed by EA Tech Pvt. Ltd. as part of its suite of IT-enabled solutions. The Platform allows users to create, customise, and share professional digital business cards via links, QR codes, or NFC technology. Features may vary based on the plan selected.

EA Tech reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for any violation without prior notice.
All content, design, software, and branding associated with EazzCard and EA Tech Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive property of EA Tech and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose only. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
EazzCard is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. EA Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, and its total liability for any direct claims shall be limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
EazzCard may integrate with or link to third-party services. EA Tech is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
EA Tech may suspend or terminate your account and access to EazzCard at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
EA Tech may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of EazzCard after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
